Read between the lines and don't be fooled by HIM!

  

Reading the “ENDING ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION AND RESTORING MERIT-BASED OPPORTUNITY” by the WH can make you really think, with this title, that they are doing something good when they (meaning PDT) are taking away people's rights in America under DEI. Thinking about it more, wouldn’t it affect me with my disabilities to get hired at future jobs if I want to go somewhere else or choose a different occupation? They are tricking people into believing they are making something better when they are not at all!  In the article, it says, “actively use dangerous, demeaning, and immoral race- and sex-based preferences under the guise of so-called “diversity, equity, and inclusion” (DEI) or “diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility” (DEIA) that can violate the civil-rights laws of this Nation.” (WH,2025) They are making you think they are going to make it better, but they are not. They want to take away people's DEI rights. I had to reread this article or whatever it is because I felt like I was being tricked and had to process it longer to see they are not going to do the right thing. This part can play with your mind “The American people have witnessed first-hand the disastrous consequences of illegal, pernicious discrimination that has prioritized how people were born instead of what they were capable of doing.” (WH,2025) So you look at this and think yes we can all do our jobs but the wording can trick you and think ok let them change it to make it better for everyone not just American people. But what they are doing is taking the whole DEI away fully. To only support Americans who don’t full under (like me) DEI and take the DEI away. In the article it says “to terminate all discriminatory and illegal preferences, mandates, policies, programs, activities, guidance, regulations, enforcement actions, consent orders, and requirements.  I further order all agencies to enforce our longstanding civil-rights laws and to combat illegal private-sector DEI preferences, mandates, policies, programs, and activities.” (WH,2025)  Making people believe that they are going to “change it to be better” when what they are actually doing is taking it fully way.

That who PDT is he makes you think one way, and that he is going to do good but he is planning something else. His behaviors are inappropriate and disgusting.  I remember when he made fun of someone with a disability on national tv. That is not the president of the United States and what we stand for.

 

Thankfully in the article “Trump’s Executive Orders on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Explained” by The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. Explains how what the new EO’s don’t do, which is “The President’s role is to implement laws; he cannot rewrite them. Diversity, equity, and inclusion policies and programs help organizations comply with civil rights laws by ensuring that all people are on an equal footing in the workplace and in educational and medical settings.”(LCCHR, 2026) Thankfully, we have these articles to make everyone aware of the wrong that PDT is doing.

Lastly,

How can these EOs harm America as a whole?

·       They will erect new barriers to federal programs and employment, making the federal government less able to meet the needs of the nation.

·       To interfere in private sector efforts to open up opportunity.

·       Ultimately, these EOs will weaken our economy, endanger our national security, and threaten our multi-racial democracy.

 

I read the other articles too and how they want to protect DEI too, but I wanted to highlight these two articles. The first one is very wrong, and they try to make you think it's good, when it's not. The next article makes you aware not to be sucked into the awfulness of a disgrace by a president of the United States in the history of Presidents.
